INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN CALON MAHASISWA BARU PROGRAM MAGISTER (S2) & PROGRAM DOKTOR (S3)

  1. Pendaftaran dibuka sampai tanggal 30 November 2017
  2. Program studi yang dibuka dapat dilihat pada laman http://pasca.unhas.ac.id/camaba click Lihat Program Studi yang dibuka
  3. Sebelum membayar pendaftaran pada Bank BTN, pastikan anda memenuhi persyaratan
  4. Nomor ID (user) dan kode akses (pin/password) tercetak pada bukti pembayaran dari Bank BTN
  5. Tidak ada pengembalian Uang pendaftaran Calon Mahasiswa Baru (Camaba)
  6. Verifikasi Dokumen : Tgl 4 s.d. 6 Desember 2017
  7. Pencetakan Kartu Ujian: Tgl 7 s.d. 8 Desember 2017
  8. Ujian seleksi Program S2: Tgl 13 s.d. 16 Desember 2017
  9. Ujian seleksi Program S3: Tgl 14 s.d. 16 Desember 2017
  10. Pengumuman: Januari 2018
  11. Materi Ujian Seleksi Program S2 meliputi: TPA, TOEFL, dan Wawancara/Bidang Ilmu
  12. Materi Ujian Seleksi Program S3 meliputi: Wawancara/Bidang Ilmu
  13. Prosedur pendaftaran
    • Membayar biaya pendaftaran pada Bank BTN melalui Sistem Non Billing (tanpa menulis no. Rekening). User ID menggunakan No. HP sebagai No. Identitas
    • Biaya pendaftaran program Magister (S2) dan Program Doktor (S3) Rp. 750.000,- (tujuh ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah)
    • Memperoleh PIN (Kode Akses) dari Bank BTN
    • Melakukan Pendaftaran Online melalui laman http://pasca.unhas.ac.id/ (Click Pendaftaran Online Calon Mahasiswa Baru)
    • Pada halaman Login masukkan ID (No. HP yang digunakan pada saat membayar di Bank BTN) dan Password adalah PIN (Kode Akses) yang tertera pada bukti pembayaran BTN
    • Mengisi secara cermat Biodata dan mengupload kelengkapan lainya (No KTP, Nama Ibu Kandung, Ijazah, Transkrip, pas foto terbaru ukuran 3×4 dengan latar belakang warna merah)
    • Mengupload draft rencana penelitian thesis atau disertasi (maksimum 10 halaman), yang terdiri atas pendahuluan, rumusan masalah, metode penelitian, dan hasil yang diharapkan
    • Bagi pelamar Program Magister (S2) yang telah memiliki nilai TOEFL Internasional atau Institusional dari Pusat Bahasa Unhas (ITP) 6 Bulan Terakhir dengan Nilai TOEFL minimal 450 atau Nilai IELTS minimal 5.0 dinyatakan bebas test untuk materi TOEFL (nilai asli dan fotocopy diserahkan ke panitia bersama formulir)
    • Bagi pelamar Program Magister (S2) yang telah memiliki nilai TPA dari Bappenas yang masih berlaku dengan Nilai minimal 500 dinyatakan bebas test untuk materi TPA (nilai asli dan fotocopy diserahkan ke Panitia bersama formulir)
    • Setelah melakukan pengisian formulir online, pelamar diwajibkan mengirim dokuen pendaftaran (satu rangkap) yang terdiri atas
      • Formulir pendaftaran online,
      • Fotocopy KTP
      • Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga
      • Fotocopy Ijazah dan Transkrip yang sudah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang
      • Fotocopy akreditasi program studi dan perguruan tinggi asal
      • Surat izin dari atasan yang berwenang (bagi sudah bekerja)
      • Rekomendasi kelayakan akademik (2 surat rekomendasi untuk Program Magiter dan 3 surat rekomendasi untuk Program Doktor)
      • Nilai TOEFL dan TPA (jika ada dan masih berlaku)
      • Surat keterangan berbadan sehat
      • Pas foto ukuran 3×4 dengan latar belakang berwarna merah 3 lembar
      • Hardcopy daftar rencana penelitian
      • Surat pernyataan tidak terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa pada salah satu Program Studi di Universitas HasanuddinDokumen diserahkan langsung atau dikirim ke Panitia Penerimaan Maba Program Magister (S2) dan Program Doktor (S3) Unhas paling lamba 1 hari setelah cetak formulir untuk diverifikasi keabsahannya. Apabila terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara hardcopy dengan softcopy (Isian Online), maka peserta dinyatakan gugur
    • Dokument diserahkan langsung atau dikirim ke panitia penerimaan Maba Program Magister (S2) menggunakan Map plastic transparan warna merah sedangkan untuk Program Doktor (S3) menggunakan Map plastic transparan warna biru
    • Dokumen dibawa langsung atau dikirim ke:
      Penitia Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru 2017/2018 Pascasarjana Universitas Hasanuddin, Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan Km. 10 Tamalanrea Makassar (90245)
    • Pencetakan kartu Tes dilakukan setelah dilakukan verifikasi dokumen oleh Panitia Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Pascasarjana Unhas dan dinyatakan memenuhi syarat
    • Membaca dengan cermat informasi dalam Kartu Tes tentang hari, tanggal, tempat ujian dan materi ujian seleksi
    • Kartu Tes wajib dibawa dan diperlihatkan pada saat pelaksanaan ujian seleksi
  14. Persyaratan pendaftaran
    • Pendaftaran yang diperbolehkan melakukan pembayaran ke Bank BTN adalah pendaftaran yang memenuhi persyaratan akademik sbb: memiliki ijazah Sarjana bagi pelamar Program Magister (S2) dan ijazah Sarjana dan Magister atau Spesialis (Sp) bagi pelamar Program Doktor (S3)
    • Bagi peserta yang telah membayar biaya pendaftaran namun tidak melakukan pendaftaran secara Online dinyatakan gugur dan biaya pendaftaran tidak dapat dikembalikam
    • Bagi peserta yang telah membayar dan tidak dapat login dengan kode akses/PINnya, dapat mengirim bukti pembayaran ke email info@pasca.unhas.ac.id atau jibnur@yahoo.com dengan menulis subyek verifikasi PIN no. HP ……… (ketik nomor HP yang dipakai pada saat membayar di Bank BTN)
