Coordination Meeting for Planning, Finance and Resources of the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Universitas Hasanuddin on January 18, 2022 led by the Vice Dean for Planning, Finance, and Resources, attended by the Head of Administration, Head of Finance and Personnel Sub Division, Head of Sub Division General and Equipment and all staff of the two Sub-Sections.
On this occasion the Vice Dean for Planning, Finance and Resources conveyed several excellent work programs to the Dean of the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries to get the attention and support of the Education Personnel, especially in the Planning, Finance and Resources Sector in realizing and implementing the Work Program. In addition, he also conveyed the need for regular meetings to evaluate the activities that have been carried out to recognize the level of success achieved.
On the next occasion, the Head of the Administrative Section delivered the importance of understanding and carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities sincerely and as well as possible, as well as being able to work well with all staff so that a comfortable working atmosphere was established.
There are several Quality Procedures that need to be provided to support activities that are incidental in nature and have not been included in the existing Quality Procedure, an inventory of some equipment that needs immediate repair and maintenance, including the repair of the Canteen of Marine Science and Fisheries Faculty.
