The Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Hasanuddin University (FIKP Unhas), participated in an annual event, the Unhas Open Day (UOD) 2024. This event is held for the second time, and organized by the Academic and Student Affairs Department, Hasanuddin University. It took place in JK Arenatorium Sports Hall, Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, from Saturday to Sunday, February 17-18, 2024 and was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Sri Suning Kusumawardani, ST., M.T. (Director of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This event was enlivened by thousands of high school students from various high schools in South Sulawesi who were interested in getting to know Hasanuddin University more closely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FIKP Unhas participated in this event by introducing its 2 departments and 9 study programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Thus, the attending students could gain a deeper understanding of marine science and fisheries learning and career opportunities that can be pursued after studying at FIKP Unhas. The event was also attended by the faculty leaders, lecturers, and educational staff within the scope of FIKP Unhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
