During the Covid-19 pandemic, it did not hinder the creativity of students who were expected to be able to contribute to society towards social and economic problems. Therefore, the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Sciences held a \u201cStudent Creativity Program (PKM) 2022 Socialization \u201d which was carried out in a hybrid way, offline and through zoom meetings. The socialization activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Marine and Fishery Sciences, the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnerships, two speakers, Dr. Suhasman, S.Hut., M.Sc., Dr. Nursyamsi. S.Ked., M.Kes., and 145 participants consisting of students, assistant lecturers, and education staff.<\/p>

The socialization activity began with an opening by the moderator,\u00a0 Dr. Nursinah Amir, S.Pi., M.Si. then listen to the anthem Indonesia Raya and Mars University Hasanuddin and speeches. The first speech was by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnerships. In his speech, he hoped that there would be many quality PKM proposals. Next was a speech from the Dean of the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Science. \u201cPKM is an activity that is very useful for students to practice expressing ideas, how to express opinions and good teamwork. This is all obtained through PKM activities. We hope that students can contribute and the proportion this year can increase. We also hope that students can produce creative works that are beneficial to the community,” said the Dean of FIKP Unhas.<\/p>

The first speaker by Dr. Suhasman (Chairman of the PKM Unhas Pokja Team) suggested the types of PKM that students could participate in such as Research PKM, Community Service PKM, Entrepreneurship PKM, Science and Technology Application PKM, and creative initiative PKM. In addition, there are Constructive Futuristic PKM and Innovative Work PKM, as well as Writing PKM consisting of Scientific Article PKM and Written Association PKM. On that occasion, the head of the Unhas Pokja team also explained the proposals for each field. For example, Research PKM must reveal facts or phenomena through a scientific approach, both exact, social, and humanities. Later, the research will produce three outcomes, namely progress reports, final reports, and scientific articles.<\/p>

Then the second speaker by Dr. Nursyamsyi brought material about the strategy to win the 35th PKM. The speaker explained the steps in preparing a PKM proposal and a strategy on how a PKM proposal could be funded. The first thing to note is the administrative requirements. \u201cHowever a good proposal, if the administrative requirements are not met, the PKM proposal submitted will not be accepted. In preparing the PKM proposal, it is important for students to look at the PKM “holy book” (PKM Book 2022), focus on creativity, and optimism,” said Dr. Nursyamsi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
