The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Science (FIKP), Hasanuddin University (UNHAS), conducted an External Surveillance Quality Audit of the Integrated Management System (IMS) on Thursday, January 22, 2026, held at the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of FIKP UNHAS.
This audit aimed to ensure that the implementation of the integrated management system is carried out consistently, effectively, and in accordance with established quality standards. The audit was conducted by Tengku Hermansyah as the auditor from TÜV Rheinland, an international certification body with extensive experience in management system audits.
The activity was moderated by the Chair of GPMPR FIKP, Dr. Nursinah Amir, S.Pi., M.P. The audit was attended by Dr. Arsyad Genda, M.Si. from the ISO Secretariat, along with faculty leaders and quality management personnel within FIKP UNHAS, including the Dean and Vice Deans, Secretary of GPMPR, Heads and Secretaries of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, Head of Administration, Heads of Subdivisions, ISO Coordinators, Lecturers, and Laboratory Staff.
During the audit, the auditor evaluated documentation, procedure implementation, and compliance of management system practices across various work units. In addition, discussion and clarification sessions were conducted to provide input for continuous improvement.
Through this surveillance audit, FIKP UNHAS reaffirms its commitment to continuously enhancing governance quality, academic services, and organizational performance, in support of achieving the institution’s vision as a center of excellence in education and research in the field of marine and fisheries science.
